Espirito Santo Plaza is a striking form which is now an iconic piece of the Miami skyline. The tower includes offices and retail at the lower levels, residential above and the Conrad Hotel at the highest levels, with a dramatic 10-story high sky lobby. While at KPF Jae helped develop the curtain wall system from conceptual design through engineering, fabrication and testing all the way through to installation. Performed construction administration coordination onsite throughout the construction period.
